The Student plan is $15/month for anyone with a valid academic email address, typically ending in .edu (US), .ac.uk, .edu.au, or another country-specific academic domain. We verify your email at sign-up. Personal emails (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) cannot be used for the Student plan.
Can I use a personal email for Enterprise? ⌄
No, Enterprise demos require a company email. We use it to route your request to the right team and verify your organization. If your company uses a custom domain (e.g. yourname@acme.com), you're good to go.
How do AI tokens work? ⌄
AI tokens are consumed per completion. Simple Ask Mode queries use fewer tokens; Agent Mode operations and Drawings generation use more depending on model complexity. Student plans include 3,000,000 tokens/month and Professional plans include 15,000,000 tokens/month. Unused tokens do not roll over.
Can I switch plans later? ⌄
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be converted to monthly at renewal.
How does billing work? ⌄
All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), as well as ACH transfer and wire for Enterprise customers. Enterprise contracts can also be billed annually with NET-30 terms.
